These Terms of Use include the conditions outlined herein and in the Privacy Policy.

The Application
Gymlit – a mobile application developed and owned by the Copyright Holder, including all related software, content, services, and materials.

User
The individual is using the Application and agreeing to these Terms on their own behalf or behalf of another party.

Legal information
By downloading, accessing, or using Gymlit, you agree to these Terms. This agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application worldwide, subject to your compliance with the Terms.
The laws of Ukraine govern this agreement. All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine, by applicable Ukrainian procedural law.

Agreement
The Application and related services are provided by the Copyright Holder ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.
We may update the Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without liability.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE APPLICATION, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND ALL REVISIONS

User conduct
You agree to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or sell any part of the Application.
• Reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application or servers.

Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your access.

Subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations
Some features of the Application are available via subscription. Payments are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.
• All purchases are final. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Electronic communications
By using Gymlit, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These may include notices, disclosures, or other information.
You agree to use communication tools within the app responsibly and only for their intended purpose. We may monitor communications for misuse.

Proprietary rights
The Application contains proprietary content protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• Modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Attempt to extract or alter the source code.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that:

• The Application will meet your expectations or be error-free.
• Services will be uninterrupted and reliable.
• Issues will be corrected.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Application, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Children’s Use
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are under the required age, you must not use the Application.

Export and Compliance
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content. You may not use or export the Application in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including U.S. export laws.

Final provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
• Failure to enforce any part of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver.

Section titles and headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
